  • February 22 _ SATURDAY “HOUSE of PRAYER FIESTA” our 21st YEAR at HLM
  • February 23 _ WITNESS TEAM LEADER Orientation at HOTEL PLANTA.
  • February 23onwards _ 
    • PULPIT ANNOUNCEMENT:“40 Days We Go Together” & Recruitment and TRAININGS.  Make sure to read the PASTORAL LETTER of Pastor JR and Trixie [see page 2 of Newsletter Edition February 23, 2014 at the FB of HIS LIFE MINISTRIES]
    • ORDER your MATERIALS (EVANGECUBES) now!  TRAINED PEOPLE:  180pesos only.  OVER THE COUNTER BUYING OF CUBES:  345pesos suggested price from MAIN SUPPLIER, CEBU.
    • PRINT your TRACTS (Resource Department).  Our TRACTS:  YOU AND GOD.  Plus other TRACTS given in connection to the 40 DAYS WE GO TOGETHER CAMPAIGN.

  • March 30 _ MISSIONS SUNDAY

    • MISSIONS TRIPS per groups of 12.  YX sends FOUR TEAMS.
    • MYX -- missions in yx [Bukidnon; Zamboanga; Tacloban; Batangas] 
  • April 18 Good Friday _ 
    • -- DIVE 2014 [baptism, fellowship, fun]
  • Apirl 20onwards _ 
    • -- THE GRAND ENSEMBLE in Bacolod and in other Cities this SUMMER!

      • ecubes are supplied to THEM, 
      • seminars on ecube use are made available to THEM, 
      • preach and teach for evangelism to happen in THEIR sites,

      • SUGGESTION:  HALF CHAPTER A DAY with JOURNALING.

GENERAL DUTIES 
as the 
MISSIONS ASSISTANT 
to Pastor JR 
at OHLM
  • AS a COMMUNINCATOR:
    • Connect with People using our OFFICIAL SMS Number at ONE HIS LIFE MISSIONS.
    • Connect with People using the TAGGING format of Facebook on things JR requests you to send to others.  YOU will have to use your FB ACCOUNT.  Please make sure to introduce yourself as the MISSIONS ASSISTANT to Pastor JR.  You will also make new "friends" ... for you to be able to tag them or PM them.
    • Join the current SERIES at church.
    • We will CONNECT THROUGH Facebook and LAUNCHTHEMISSION.BLOGSPOT.COM  (see side bar REGULARLY)
    • AGAIN, THINK:  nation-wide; sites-wide; international
    • READ always our weekly NEWSLETTER!
    • You must provide this NEWSLETTER every Tuesdays to all who attend the MANAGEMENT MEETING.
    • Gather Reports Regularly (STATS:  SWE attendance;  SWE giving; LGT enrollement)
    • ON texting people to communicate in behalf of OHLM and other requests of jr.
    • MONITOR the TVbulletin board.
    • POST and PRINT directory and data of (LG and SITES PROFILES)
  • AS an OHLM OFFICE PERSONNEL:
    • Have a Landlard ID always when you are at the HLM Office / Premises.
    • Wear the Proper Dress Code as an Office Assistant.  WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR UNIFORM.8)
    • Pray always.
    • You may be free on FRIDAYS (or a day you want to have a day off).
    • Your MEALS (1 major meal) will be covered by Missions via OUR SCHOOL CANTEEN, except if you know how to cook and prepare food for others -- you will be using our local PROSPERITY CAFE kitchen.
    • KEEP money (with turn overs daily, the PDF FUND of JR).
    • You have to familiarize yourself with other VOLUNTEERS we have at church.
    • Always GREET PEOPLE, BLESS PEOPLE -- "good morning; may i help you?, etc" 
  • AS GENERALLY PART OF MISSIONS:
    • COOK  FOOD FOR MISSIONS and RELATED EVENTS (with an assistant if needed).
    • SERVE food FOR SEMINARS and RELATED EVENTS.
    • CLEAN OHLM kitchen (with an assistant you may choose).  Note:  Prosperity Cafe is under OHLM. 
    • OVERSEEING cleaning of the park's tables and chairs and litter (via ADMIN Caretaker of HLM PARK). 
  • OTHERS:
    • FEED the fish / koi pond (via ADMIN Caretaker of HLM PARK).
    • ASSIST pastor JR for errands / SOME are SCHOOL RELATED. 

TRAINING YOU ARE TO EXPECT:
1)  audio training for EXCELLENCE.
2)  video training for VISION and VALUES.
3)  have others have a similar training you've got at the LTS room (via Video).
4)  start to fix and put into order our LTS library [books, magazines and etc).
5)  start to accept enrollees for YEAR 3 (prepare name tags and notes) -- Wednesdays PM.
6)  build up the directory for SITE administrators [their facebook and mobile numbers) -- VERY IMPORTANT!!! Especially their 5Ws.


Please do not forget the following too:
  • The Fountain in the Pond, must be PUT ON and OFF, daily (via ADMIN CARETAKER of HLM PARK).
  • The TV at the LOUNGE must be MONITORED.  WE MUST HAVE A VIDEO CONNECTED TO OUR PRESENT SERIES.
  • CLEAN always the LTS ROOMS.  PREPARE TO TRAIN OTHERS using the EXCELLENCE Curriculum.
  • Library has to be monitored. No one is allowed to take the BOOKS outside EXCEPT for a BORROWERS CARD issued.
  • BORROWERS CARD needs to be with MEMBERSHIP of only 100 pesos per year.
  • PRAY at the HOUSE of PRAYER.
